Purpose for which they are processed 

INTEGRA uses your personal data in accordance with the law for the following purposes:  

  1. Management of candidates for employment positions in the organisation. 
  2. Manage the queries that may be made by the interested parties and answer them. 
  3. Management of suppliers and clients and the necessary invoicing with them. 
  4. Sending commercial communications. 
  5. Management of events promoted by the company. 
  6. Downloading of resources in relation to the company's work activity. 
  7. Video surveillance in order to guarantee physical security.

Legitimation for data processing 

The legal basis for the processing of your data is the following, also separated by the processing activities shown in the previous section: 

  1. The data processed for managing the organisation's job applicants are based consent of the data subject. 
  2. The legal basis for the data processed for handling enquiries from data subjects is the legitimate interest of the controller and the data subject. The controller has an interest in responding to enquiries from potential customers and promoting its employment activity. 
  3. The data processed for the purpose of managing suppliers and customers and the necessary invoicing with them is based on the contractual relationship between the two companies. 
  4. The data processed for the purpose of sending commercial communications will be processed on the basis of the consent of the interested party. 
  5. The data processed for the purpose of managing events will be processed on the legal basis of the legitimate interest of the data controller in promoting its business activities. 
  6. Data processed for the purpose of downloading resources such as guides, ppt presentations or files of any kind are processed on the legal basis of the data controller's legitimate interest in promoting its business activity. 
  7. Data processed for the purpose of video surveillance are based on the legal basis of the public interest in guaranteeing the security of persons, goods and facilities.

Temporary limitation of the processing of your data 

Your personal data will be kept for as short a time as possible to fulfil the purpose of the processing, in accordance with the data retention policy of the General Personal Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 and Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, in order to comply with the required legal obligations. 

The data you have provided us with will be kept for as long as they are necessary for the aforementioned purposes, or they will also be stored for the time required by different applicable legislations. 

If you would like to limit the period for which your personal data is processed, you should exercise your rights as set out below. 

Again grouped by processing activity, the data retention period is as follows: 

  1. Information processed for the purpose of managing applicants for employment positions within the organisation will be stored for the period necessary for the purpose for which the data is collected.  
  2. Information processed for the purpose of managing enquiries received and responding to them will be stored for the period necessary for the management, resolution and subsequent follow-up of the said enquiry. 
  3. The information processed for the management of suppliers and customers will be stored until the end of the contractual relationship between the parties, or until you exercise your rights by stating that you do not want INTEGRA to continue processing your data. 
  4. The data used for the purpose of sending commercial communications will be stored until you withdraw your consent or exercise your rights mentioned below. 
  5. The data processed for the purpose of event management will be stored for the duration of the consultation or management of the event in question. 
  6. Data processed for the purpose of downloading resources will be stored for the duration of the event or area for which the resource is requested. 
  7. Data processed for video surveillance purposes will be stored for a maximum of 30 days.

Recipients to whom your data is transferred 

The data, unless legally required, will not be transferred to other organisations for any purpose other than the one you have been informed about. It can only be transferred to organisations related to INTEGRA in order to manage job applications, send commercial information or for the administrative management of contracts and invoices. 

International transfers of your data are not foreseen. In the event of such a transfer in the future, you will be informed of this fact. 

INTEGRA uses for the management of recruitment processes a tool called Bizneo, located in Spain, which includes Security and compliance processes, thus complying with the General Data Protection Regulation, as well as the Organic Law on Data Protection. Likewise, INTEGRA has a cloud platform for the management of e-mails sent through ActiveCampaign, which is adhered to Privacy Shield, and in view of the lack of validity of such agreement, has updated its privacy policy and data processing by formalising an Addendum (the "DPA") and has made available to customers the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (the "SCC" or "SCC"), which were generally confirmed by the CJEU for their enforcement and verification of compliance with the GDPR. They have also added some "complementary measures" to the SCCs following the guidance provided by the CJEU opinion. INTEGRA has its customer management platform in CRM Dynamics 365, providing services from a Microsoft cloud platform, which complies with the appropriate guarantees required by the European data protection regulations as declared by the Spanish Data Protection Agency in the resolution of the file TI/00032/2014. INTEGRA is committed to the use and treatment of the personal data included from the users, respecting their confidentiality and to use them in accordance with their purpose, as well as to comply with its obligation to save them and to adapt all the measures to avoid their alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorised access, in accordance with the provisions of the current legislation on data protection. 

INTEGRA has adopted the necessary technical and organisational measures to guarantee the security and integrity of the data, but INTEGRA cannot guarantee absolute security against the violation of the data through fraudulent access by third parties. 

Rights in the processing of your data 

You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not INTEGRA is processing personal data concerning you. 

You, as a data subject, have the right to access your personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request their deletion when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.  

We remind you that you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, which entails withdrawing the data that the company holds about you. To do so, you should send an e-mail to privacidad@integratecnologia.es with your ID card, or send it by post to the above address. 

In certain circumstances, you may request the limitation of the processing of your data, in which case we will only keep them for the exercise or defence of claims. 

Please note that you may object to the processing of your data at any time. In this case, we will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defence of possible claims. 

You have the right to portability, i.e. to have the personal data you have provided transferred directly to another controller in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, where technically possible.
