On the 9th and 10th of June, Integra presented together with Inteligencia Turística the CICLOPS DTI ecosystem at the Digital Tourist congress in Benidorm.

CICLOPS DTI was very well received at the Digital Tourist 2022 held at the Benidorm Town Hall on the 9th and 10th of June. Diego Martin, represented Integra Strategy and Technology with the latest news of CICLOPS, our solution for the management of tourist destinations, developed together with Inteligencia Turística.

Benidorm Town Hall was the first destination to be certified in the UNE 178001 and 178002 standards and since 2020 it has been using CICLOPS as a tool for tracking, monitoring and auditing. That is why it was so special to be able to share presence in this conference with personalities such as its mayor, Mr. Antonio Pérez Pérez Pérez or the director of the director of Visit Benidorm, Leire Bilbao.

We also exchanged thoughts about CICLOPS with, among others, the president of SEGITTUR (Sociedad Mercantil Estatal para la Gestión de la Innovación y las Tecnologías Turísticas), Enrique Martínez Marín and Concepción Florinda, director of the Cátedra de Turismo Inteligente of the University of Seville.

Ciclops DTI is a software that offers solutions for the management of tourism data in the governance of smart offices, supporting the sustainable tourism transition and controlling the entire strategic plan to transform a tourist destination into a smart destination.
